Song of the Week:
The Belle Game – Wait Up For You
To accompany the persistently glorious weather this week, I have been indulging in a track which reflects my current desire to forever wear jelly sandals, denim dresses and sunglasses – no matter how many times I am reminded that it’s probably going to rain later – and indulge in romantic daydreams. Wait Up For You is taken from The Belle Game’s debut album, Ritual Tradition Habit, and makes me anticipate a summer season of tumbling guitars, Broken Social Scene and staying up late.

Band of the Week:
Last year, garage-electronic duo Disclosure, came to our attention with the brilliant Latch featuring Sam Smith. This year they have already released White Noise with AlunaGeorge and now their current guest vocalist is singer/songwriter Eliza Doolittle. Last seen in the super-cute music
videos for her summery pop songs, Skinny Genes and Pack Up, Eliza has returned to put her much-missed voice to You and Me, a glossy garage track which will shimmer onto sticky dance floors and into festival fields this summer. You and Me, which will be released on April 28th, and
will be followed by Disclosure‘s eagerly anticipated album Settle, this June.
